Special Good News! A big good news for insulin-using patients among registered diabetic members receiving treatment from Mawna Diabetic Association!!
******One high-quality Glucometer machine along with needle strips for measuring blood sugar (CBG for HMBG) at home will be given to one person with free of cost. This is a life-saving essential item.******
It will be distributed to a limited number (those who meet the following criteria) and a specific number (about 200) of people within a limited period of time (Listing in November-December 2025, distribution at the end of this year or in January 2026).
This offer is applicable to all classes, professions, religions and castes of people who are insulin-receptive, but the poor, children, elderly, complex diseases and pregnant women will be given priority.
Interested and eager service recipients are kindly requested to come to the office of Mawna Diabetic Association from November 1, 2025 without delay and register and submit the following documents (Voter ID copy, photo, MDA prescription copy and insulin purchase receipt from Madas Pharma) as per the requirements. If everything is in order, one machine will be provided to everyone free of cost.
It should be noted that if the registration list is completed before the deadline, no new registrations will be made, but if any new project opportunities arise, efforts will continue to be made to do something for you again.
The eligibility criteria or characteristics are as follows:
1) You will be under treatment with any type of insulin.
2) A photocopy of the prescription page of or by any doctor of this institution, stating the proper reason for prescribing insulin, will be required.
3) Original receipt of insulin purchase from Madas Pharma will be required.
4) Proof of treatment (photocopy of prescription page of pad or book page) of recent (October 2025 to December 2025) and tests (especially FBS, 2hrs ABF/AG, HbA1C) performed at this institution will be required.
5) Photocopy of ultrasound report will also be required for pregnant women.
6) Photocopy of NID card will be required.
7) Must be a registered patient of Mawna Diabetic Association with correct information and photo.
Note: Those who already have this machine at their home are kindly requested to not apply but to give it to others and indirectly participate in this noble job.
