With a commitment to bringing essential healthcare services closer to the community, Mawna Diabetic Association organized a Free Medical Camp at DBL Ceramics on 12 September 2026. The camp provided a range of free healthcare services for the participating officers and employees of DBL Ceramics, including: Free Doctor Consultation and Medical Advice Free Diabetes Screening Free Dental Check-up Free Distribution of Necessary Medicines Free Distribution of Mini Toothpaste Health and Diabetes Awareness Counseling In addition, all participants received essential health education and guidance on diabetes prevention and management, healthy dietary practices, regular physical activity, oral and dental care, and maintaining

MDA provides free medical consultations by Medical Officers and offers a wide range of diagnostic services at highly affordable prices, while maintaining standard quality. The Association provides comprehensive outpatient management of patients with diabetes mellitus, as well as medical care for patients with various general medical conditions. Its services include management of diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases (stroke, heart disease and PVD), diabetic kidney disease, fatty liver, obesity, dyslipidaemia, diabetic neuropathy, diabetic foot problems, minor outpatient surgical procedures, dental problems, gynecological conditions, and other common health problems. MDA places strong emphasis on patient counselling, health education, disease prevention, and lifestyle modification.

Mawna Diabetic Association representatives held a courtesy meeting with the Honorable Member of Parliament, Shreepur-196 / Gazipur-3, the Honorable Deputy Commissioner (DC), Gazipur, and the Deputy Director (DD), Department of Social Services, Gazipur District, to formally communicate the Gazette Notification issued by the National Board of Revenue (NBR) regarding the tax rebate in favor of Mawna Diabetic Association.
