Free Diabetes Screening & Dental Camp — A Humanitarian Initiative by Mawna Diabetic Association

To ensure better health security and awareness among the workers of Jinnat Knitwears Ltd., Mawna Diabetic Association organized a Free Diabetes Screening, Health Counseling, and Free Dental Check-up Camp.
Many workers find it difficult to get health check-ups due to their daily workload—keeping this reality in mind, we brought our services directly to the workplace.
🔵 Services Provided at the Camp
✔ Free Diabetes Screening (RBS/FBG Test)
Participants received an immediate update on their blood sugar levels, along with early warnings for any potential risks.
✔ Diabetes-related Health Advice & Counseling
Doctors provided detailed lifestyle guidance to help keep blood sugar levels under control.
✔ Free Dental Check-Up
Oral health examination including gum infection, tooth pain, and overall dental guidance.
✔ Free Toothpaste Distribution for Dental Patients
Those identified with dental problems were provided with high-quality toothpaste to ensure immediate benefit before starting further treatment.
✔ Distribution of Health Awareness Leaflets
Guidance on nutrition, physical exercise, and diabetes prevention was provided for overall awareness.

🔸 Many workers cannot undergo regular health check-ups due to busy schedules.
🔸 Diabetes often develops silently—early screening can save lives.

🔸 A one-day camp can significantly reduce health risks for many.
Through this initiative, many workers learned about their blood sugar levels for the first time and received essential medical guidance.
